Office hours/one-on-one coaching where all staff members are supported to make meaning of and apply learnings from the training.
One-on-one space to problem solve and thought partner around individual issues, leadership challenges, etc.

Interrogate their practice and content to ensure aligned to best DEI and culturally responsive practices
