This is a 4-session professional learning experience designed to strengthen school leadership teams across all three dimensions of the Turnaround Leadership Framework. Leaders participate in a strategic sequence of sessions focused on building sustainable systems, improving instructional quality, and fostering a thriving school culture.

Grounded in real-world leadership challenges and evidence-based practices, this series equips participants with tools and structures they can immediately apply on campus. Each session blends modeling, collaborative problem-solving, reflection, and implementation planning to support lasting change.

INTENDED OUTCOMES

  • By the end of the series, leaders walk away with a clear, actionable roadmap for improving instruction, culture, and systems—positioning their schools for long-term, measurable success.

FOUR-PART SERIES

  • Four (2–2.5 hour) in-person and/or or virtual trainings on topics aligned to your need

  • Optional, but highly encouraged prep work AND continued learning 

  • Preparation (1 hour) and debrief (45 mins.) sessions

  INVESTMENT:

​           Virtual: Minimum investment of $25,000                                                                                         In-Person: $38,000 = ($25,000 + $6,000 In-person for 2 hour training package  professional fees + $7,000 travel costs)

ADD-ON: Training Package

Office hours/one-on-one coaching where all staff members are supported to make meaning of and apply learnings from the training.

  • One-on-one space to problem solve and thought partner around individual issues, leadership challenges, etc. 

  • Build continual knowledge of critical diversity, equity, and inclusion topics

  • Interrogate their practice and content to ensure aligned to best DEI and culturally responsive practices
